Return policy for Buy-BelowRetail.com products:
Customer satisfaction is our top priority our philosophy is that "The
Customer Is King." We at Buy-BelowRetail feel every transaction should
result in a pleasant, convenient and successful shopping experience.
If it is not, we are happy to offer a refund on the return of any New
Watch purchase within 30 days of the shipment date. We also offer a
refund within 30 days of purchase for Writing Instruments, Leather Goods
or Handbags, Ties or Scarves, Fragrances and Sunglasses. To expedite
your return, we ask that you note the following:
- The product must
be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original packaging
materials, unused warranty cards, and instruction booklets.
- Before returning
an item, please obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number
by either calling Toll Free 1-800-263-0226 or emailing us at returns@Buy-BelowRetail.com.
The RA number must be written on your original invoice and on the return
shipping label. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official
RA number will not be accepted.
- If the product
you're returning included a special offer, the additional item(s) must
also be returned, or you may choose to have the cost subtracted from
your refund.
- A return may void
a multiple purchase discount.
- All refunds will be credited the full purchase price, and will be made in the same manner as the original purchase.
- Add $35.00 or 6% for restocking fee.
- Returns must be

New and unused means that there
are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags (such as the hologram
or shipping tags) or the case. We do not sell used items and will not
accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the
item will be returned to the purchaser.
Buy-BelowRetail.com is not
responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth
above. Please discuss any additional questions you may have with a customer
service representative when you contact us for an RA.
(On International Pacific Rim return to Hong Kong, the 30 day return policy does not apply. You will be notified before your order is taken.)
Exchange Policy:
The exchange policy is the same as the return policy except for
the following:
1.
Call to find out the availability of an optional model.
2. Enclose invoice with defect information or optional model number
desired.
3. All exchanges are charged a shipping fee of $8.95 for 2nd
Day Air delivery.
